Continually disappointed by @Chase. Business checking debit card locked 2-3x/yr with no notice for ‘fraud prevention’. Now running into same with my Chase Business Visa. Been a Chase customer 20+ yrs & all I can say is that @CapitalOne & @AmericanExpress don’t treat me this way.

@dianthe @Chase I was recommended to @AntiTrafico_DF they were able to successfully regain access back to my hacked account. They even work on banned, locked accounts. I recommend them✅

@ChaseSupport I’m being told that the only way to have my CD end upon maturity and distribute the funds into my checking account is to meet in person with a banker. Is this accurate? Why is Chase the only bank to not have any self service online options for this?

Almost three hours later and come to find out the guy on the phone lied and never filed my claim. Imagine employing that kind of incompetence. @Chase does. Bank with them if you want **** service.

I have been on hold for 30 mins so far @Chase with no end in sight. You locked me out of my account for fraudulent activity last week and I have had NO LUCK getting the situation remedied. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@ChaseSupport I've opted to close my account. Your customer service agents should actually help their clients, not make them clean up your mistakes. Typical big business, just as bad as government.
